Usability Testing involves observation of impartial visitors to your site. This process is uniquely designed to make sure that your likely visitors are attracted to your site, and are able to find everything that they want to find.

We ask them to find certain elements within your site, and we find out how long it takes to find that particular piece of information. We create questions and tasks uniquely suited to the purposes of your website, and edit the website accordingly.
These testers may be selected by us, or recruited by you. If you expect a specific type of audience, the results will be more accurate and helpful if we recruit from that group. If you have no idea who might be coming, we can provide a variety of people ready to help.
This process simply involves making sure that the right person is receiving the information and is able to easily understand and manage that information. In addition, we make sure that all security measures to protect this information are working properly.
If your site will be updated by yourself or members of your organization, we provide an online program that can be accessed by whomever you give permission to. You can also set different levels of accessability for each person able to access this program. One person may be able to only update text, while another may be able to change or add photos, or even insert their own code for additional functionality. You can also create settings so that all changes must be approved by an administrator.
